香港區使用fileserve的方法
1. 上google找非香港區的free transparent proxy (e.g 213.30.163.218:3128, e.g http://aliveproxy.com/transparent-proxy-list/)
2. 找到transparent proxy後在firefox,i.e,chrome等等的broswer內的proxy server設定transparent proxy的i.p.(213.30.163.218) 和 port (3128)
3. 之後關閉browser再重開browser,嘗試去google和yahoo,看去不去到,如果去到表示這個transparent proxy運作正常
4. 之後就可以用這個proxy去fileserve 下載東西
5. 如果有問題就清除cookie
